Scott has been painting street scenes of The Ancient city for the past 11 years. He was one of the artists in the
forefront of the fight for artist's rights when the city was denying the right to paint and display work for sale on
the streets.
His use of color is unique. He studied under the well known Emmett Fritz. Scott's works have ended up in the
